The service provides an initial consultation
to discuss your requirements covering:

Upon receipt of a signed instruction and
initial payment I will:

Actively seek properties
to meet the criteria provided by the client |

Compile a report upon a maximum of
5 properties for each individual search, with rent
range estimates, furnishing suggestions, refurbishments/improvements
and purchase/letting related information |

Liase on your behalf with vendor’s
agent to agree a price, solicitors, building contractors,
furnishing companies & mortgage lender or broker
throughout the purchase process |

Arrange for keys to be collected
on completion and forwarded, check the fixtures
and fittings list (if supplied) and take meter readings
where possible |

If required, oversee refurbishment
works, arrange for the supply to you of any appliances,
fixtures, fittings and furniture, at an additional
fee to be agreed |
